Editors' Choice Award Winners announced soon!
This is a new feature in 2008 and one we know our viewers will enjoy and appreciate.
Winners of the Editors' Choice Award are companies whom we find to go above and beyond the norm, or what we would expect, in both service and product quality.
The products offered by these companies fill an important void within the daily lives of families, be it by offering a wholesome family game, or a product that helps to calm a fussy baby. The categories are various but the purpose is similar - helping families succeed in every day life and have fun while doing so.
Join us at the site in March, when the winners will be announced. Simply visiting our homepage will bring you the latest. www.familyreview.org
Best wishes to you and yours in 2008.

Welcome 2008
Children make the Christmas holiday so special. Watching my young daughter open her gifts brought true delight. She was so thrilled whether it was a coloring book and crayons, or her large kitchen playset ... to her each one was special and grand.
To be a child again ... or to experience the pleasure in simple things. We get so wrapped up in the magnitude of greatness, thinking things have to be bigger than life itself to make us happy, when the true meaning of happiness lies within.
I try to find pleasure and happiness in the simplest and smallest things in life. I have found that the things that bring me the most happiness in life, when I reflect, are not so much things, but experiences. Those heart to heart talks, those smiles on the faces of those I have helped, the relief on the faces of those I have offered a hand to help ... these are what makes me smile and the things I enjoy most. Tangible things always break or fail to work correctly over time, and soon bring frustration rather than joy ... but those we care about in our lives are always there to enjoy again and again.
I hope we all will focus on those in our lives who mean the most and expand our circle of friends so we have more joy in 2008.

Merry Christmas!
We hope you are having and continue to have a happy holiday season as well ... but in a world full of incorrect political correctness - we want you to know that for us it will always be CHRISTMAS, not just a holiday season.
While we would never intentionally offend anyone by the previous paragraph, we are offended by those who wish to silence those of us who celebrate the holiday 'Christmas' because of what it means and stands for.
May everyone celebrate in their own way and look to this season for bringing cheer and happiness to one another, rather than bickering over what displays should be allowed and what phrases should be deleted from our vernacular.

SBS - Shaken Baby Syndrome
The story breaks my heart, and I will admit that when I look at the photos of him on Myspace, I cry. My heart breaks for him and his family. How anyone could do this to an innocent baby is beyond me. Stories like this remind us how precious our children truly are.

What I like most about new business owners
More and more we are seeing new business owners seeking out our services. I believe part of this is because our internet coverage is vast, so we are easy to find. Another reason would be our prices are so moderate that it enables them to do more with their limited budget that is usually tapped already when launching a new business or product. I also believe, and have seen evidence of this in comments I receive - They feel we offer a valuable and broad service spectrum, which will enhance their marketing efforts and work in conjunction with their other strategies to blend in a harmonious and successful launch.
I have to say I love working with everyone to date. I have not met one business owner that I have wished had not crossed my path. That said, my favorites are the new business owner in many ways.
My reason for this is twofold. (1) They are learning as they go, so any help I may offer to them, beyond the scope of the services they have rendered from our company, will be appreciated. (2) The eagerness and excitement that they express in every context of working with them is super! This rubs off onto us at Family Review Center, and keeps our focus fresh and exciting for us. This encourages us to always be at our best in doing what we do best.
For this along with multiple other reasons on a one-to-one level, I find this to be the greatest part of my day to day work.
