The awe and wonder of nature are shared with your child, with this great dvd called Lil Aloha Babies - Waves and Wonders. This is the first award winning title in a series for young children. Filmed in Hawaii, making for gorgeous scenery and wildly colored fish to enjoy close up.

They share both upbeat and soothing music, and the photography is crisp and captivating, making this a truly wonderful experience for both baby and parent.

My toddler enjoys watching this video as she snuggles in for her nap. It works great to relax her and set the tone for a nice afternoon nap. Just set the music / sound low enough to not keep them awake when the more upbeat tunes come on, and you are okay (said from experience).

There are so many children's videos on the market today. It seems everyone is using their computer to throw on some graphics and music and call it an educational experience ... I tend to disagree. Colorful blocks and crazy music does not make for a child's education. That said, Lil Aloha Babies - Waves and Wonders is not like this at all. Here you find rich photography, great music, and clearly pronounced words that will teach your child not only pronunciation in english and Hwaiian, but meaning, because of being associated with what they are seeing on the screen.

I recommend this video for children ages 1-4 years, as a prime target. Other ages I am sure would enjoy or benefit from it, but this is my opinion as for the perfect age to get the most enjoyment and benefit from it.

Marine life - The Ocean - all from a Hawaii perspective ... Beautiful and perfect combo! Words like fish and ocean are learned both in english and in the native Hawaiian language.
